An example is the BMW Group, which has welcomed Cloud Native with Microsoft Azure into their projects by way of the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant. Launched in March 2019, Microsoft Azure enables AI to continually update and enhance the capabilities of their new personal assistant. They are creating an opensource platform, which aims to make the personal assistant sound more natural and offer personalized content, adding to its overall personality. Microsoft Azure provides the basis for this project, and BMW uses the Cognitive Services and Bot Framework for their BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant. This tool is incredibly appreciated by customers as they now have the ability to manage emails and their personal calendar on their way to and from work.
