Can you tell us about your current role at Devoteam?
I am currently a lead consultant and Tribe Lead for Devoteam M Cloud. I’ve been with the company since 2016 and have grown in my position over the years. I am now able to assist my more junior colleagues in their own professional development, as learning is a core objective at our company.
Can you discuss the changes and advancements in the technical field over time?
The technical environment is constantly evolving, with new products and services being introduced all the time. It can be challenging to keep up, but we strive to continue learning and growing in our roles to stay ahead.
Can you talk about an instance where you stepped up and went above and beyond in your role at Devoteam?
I have taken the initiative to help my colleagues and share knowledge, even if it’s not necessarily within my job title. These actions were noticed and I was given the opportunity to enroll in a personal leadership track to further develop my leadership skills.

I value frankness and creativity in my job. Frankness allows for fast and constructive feedback, while creativity adds a personal touch to my work as a consultant.
