Hello Anna, could you please introduce yourself?
Hi, my name is Anna and I am a Data & Analytics Consultant at Devoteam. I also have a people manager role within the company.
Why do you love working with data?
I find it extremely rewarding to see the value that data can bring to a company when it is used and analyzed in an intelligent way. I am passionate about using data analytics to uncover insights and drive business decisions.
Why did you decide to join Devoteam?
I began my journey at Devoteam as a student. From the start, I was given a lot of responsibility and trust, which made me feel appreciated and helped me to develop more self-confidence.
Can you describe the atmosphere at Devoteam?
The work environment at Devoteam is very welcoming. We have a lot of talented individuals working here, all with a passion for data analytics and business intelligence. One of my colleagues once described it as feeling like coming home when entering the office, and I completely agree. We spend a lot of time together as a team, because we believe that when we know each other well, we work well together.
How do you see your future at Devoteam?
I see a bright future for myself at Devoteam where I will have the opportunity to work in other countries across Europe if that is what I desire. I also see a future where I will continue to take on more responsibilities and develop within the company.
What do you find great about working for Devoteam?
One of the things I love most about working for Devoteam is the ability to take control of my own career development. The possibilities for me to improve my skills and grow within the company are truly limitless.
