Hello Ahmad, could you please introduce yourself?
Hi, I’m Ahmad AlSagga. I joined Devoteam five years ago as an intern and today I’m a Lead Consultant.
Why did you join Devoteam?
I started as an intern at Devoteam. I remember having a very challenging interview back then. I told them: “Give me a three months training period to prove myself and you will hire me.” Before ending the three months, Devoteam management called me and said: “We want you as a full-time employee.” So now, as we speak after almost 5 years, I’m the youngest Lead Consultant here at Devoteam.
How is the environment at Devoteam?
Devoteam was like an academy or a big school for my colleagues and me. Every day, you get to learn something new with your colleagues, with your management.
What’s so great about working for Devoteam?
Working as one team, as one family, is one of the most important things in every project, in every company, to add value and to become a leader in the market. One hand doesn’t clap, so everything that is done in team will be better. Our team is amazing!
