Devoteam Denmark achieved an impressive 35th place out of 125 on the annual international Great Place to Work survey. It is the first time that Devoteam Denmark has been ranked in the survey, in which over 2,800 companies across Europe have participated in, in 2018.
Proper workforce is in great demand – especially in the IT industry, since it’s not easy to find employees with the proper and highly wanted expertise.
We are completely dependent on attracting the best brains within our profession, and that is why our ability to attract absolutely isn’t something that we take lightly. It is a serious matter for us. Therefore, it’s a great pleasure to see that we achieved such a good result on the Great Place to Work survey, where our employees anonymously and honestly have expressed their opinion about how they feel about working here
Søren Nielsen, Managing Partner at Devoteam Denmark
It is the 16th time that Great Place to Work acknowledges European workplaces that focuses on having a welcoming, friendly and inclusive work environment.
Devoteam Denmark has been participating in the Danish Great Place to Work survey since 2001, but have for the first time been ranked in the international survey. Last year, Devoteam Denmark achieved a splendid 5th place, in the category “the Best Danish IT Company”. And now they have been acknowledged with a 35th place on the international list as well.
Satisfaction surveys have an effect
Søren Nielsen has no doubt that these kinds of employee satisfaction surveys have an effect on the company’s attractiveness:
“A workplace should be able to offer a job with exciting professional substance, but should certainly also provide a culture which enhances the best in all of us individually. Surveys like these, contributes to paint a positive picture of us, as a workplace, and will definitely improve our attractiveness. I am very proud that we are this high up the list – also when you take into account that this is our very first ranking in the international survey“.
