Microsoft appoints two Devoteam Alegri employees as Microsoft Regional Directors

Munich, 05.06.2019 – Two experts from Devoteam Alegri have just been appointed new Microsoft Regional Directors by Microsoft. This business program pays tribute to people who have excellent business contacts and influence in their region. They are called “trusted advisors to the developer and IT professional audiences and Microsoft” by Microsoft.

A Microsoft Regional Director advises on strategy and business processes. With experience from many customer projects and cross-platform architecture capabilities, the Regional Director not only excels as a Microsoft expert, but also as a profound technology specialist with vision and diverse perspectives.

At Devoteam Alegri, Michael Kaufmann and Raphael Köllner have now been appointed Regional Directors by Microsoft. That makes Michael and Raphael two of only 175 Regional Directors worldwide – and there is probably no other company that employs two Microsoft Regional Directors. A great award and congratulations!

In addition to their recent appointment as Microsoft Regional Director, Michael Kaufmann and Raphael Köllner have long been distinguished as MVPs (Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals).

Michael Kaufmann has been MVP for Developer Technologies since 2015 and has many years of experience in the areas of DevOps, agile development and Cloud.

Raphael Köllner has been MVP for Office Apps and Services (Microsoft 365) since 2013 and Windows Insider MVP since 2016. He has many years of experience in the areas of Modern Workplace, Security, Compliance and Data Protection.
