Paris, June 14, 2021 – Devoteam, a leading consulting firm focused on digital strategy, tech platforms and cybersecurity is structuring itself to support its ambitions and those of its new investors KKR. Devoteam has announced the appointment of Sébastien Chevrel as a new member of the Management Board (Directoire) and the recruitment of Christelle Chappaz as Chief Talent & Learning Officer.
Sébastien Chevrel, current Group Managing Director, joins Devoteam’s Management board which has been exclusive to the two founders since the creation of Devoteam in 1995.
This appointment solidifies the group’s new strategy which focuses on attracting and developing young talent and growing its strategic partnerships with the most innovative tech companies (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow). This strategy in combination with the new governance structure enables Devoteam to position itself as a premium digital consulting company.
Sébastien Chevrel has been with Devoteam for 10 years. His roles have included EVP for France & BeLux and COO before being appointed Group Managing Director. Prior to joining Devoteam Sébastien held management positions at Altran. A graduate of King’s College London, he obtained an engineering degree from ISEN, Institut Supérieur de l’Electronique et du Numérique.
Christelle Chappaz recruited as Chief Talent & Learning Officer
To fully establish Devoteam as a Learning Company, Christelle will support the business to ensure the recruitment of the best talent, the vitality of our communities, the development of motivating career paths and investment in skills and certifications. By 2024, 70% of employees will be supported in passing the certifications of Devoteam’s strategic partners.
Graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure with a degree in economics and management from Sciences-Po Paris, Christelle Chappaz began her career as a consultant with the Cegos group. Group Chief Knowledge Manager and then Director of Human Resources at Devoteam in France between 2001 and 2009, she then joined the University of the Crédit Agricole Group, before rejoining Devoteam.
