Hi, my name is Joseph and I am a User Experience Designer at Devoteam.

Sure, in a nutshell, my job is to create digital products and experiences that are simple and efficient for anyone to use.

The atmosphere at Devoteam is relaxed and the people are incredibly professional. I have never worked with so many talented individuals in one place before. It makes for a productive and focused work environment.
Can you share a memorable moment from your time at Devoteam?
Currently, I am working on a big client project and it’s great to see the product go live and people using it. It’s a great feeling to see your design solutions come to life.
What benefits do you see in working for Devoteam?
Devoteam provides the best tools and assets for me to create my work and there is a lot of opportunity to learn from others. Everybody here is an expert in their own field and it is an amazing opportunity to learn from them.
How does Devoteam support work-life balance?
Devoteam is very supportive when it comes to work-life balance. They understand that having a healthy balance is important, which is why they rarely schedule meetings after 4pm.
Can you describe your design philosophy?
To me, designing is about finding the most optimal solution from infinite possibilities.
